How It Works

Cameras are mounted along the entire length of the car wash tunnel, one every 2.4 meters. The AI continuously detects and tracks every vehicle's position in every frame. Vehicle positions are fed into the safety system, which monitors gaps in real time.

Cameras Every 2.4m

Reolink dome cameras are mounted side-by-side or from the ceiling along the full conveyor length. Formula: ceil(chainLength / 2.4) + 1 cameras.

Continuous Position Tracking

Each vehicle is detected and tracked by the AI across every single frame. Position data including movement patterns, speed, and acceleration is continuously output for downstream safety monitoring.

Sub-300ms Reaction

When the safety system determines that the distance between two vehicles falls below the configured threshold, a stop signal is sent to the conveyor chain via network relay, in under 300 milliseconds.

Automatic Video Evidence

Every incident is logged with a 2-minute video clip, timestamp, and distance data. Review incidents from the local browser dashboard.

Distance Violation

Safety system detects gap between two tracked vehicles below configured threshold. Chain stop triggered automatically via relay.

Vehicle Too Fast

Safety system detects abnormal acceleration based on tracked vehicle positions. Emergency stop triggered to avoid collision.

Stalled Vehicle

Tracked vehicle stops or moves significantly slower than chain speed baseline. Alert sent, chain can be stopped.

Stall Detection

The system learns the normal chain speed over time. The safety logic detects deviations from this baseline. Manual confirmation or auto-release configurable per event type.
