We build AI systems that help car washes, parking operators, and retailers understand and predict their traffic.

How It Started

Julian comes from AI research, specializing in ultra-fast inference solutions, published at conferences including NeurIPS 2024. At some point he started asking: why aren't more German companies using what's already possible in research?

So he founded JWG AI. The idea: AI that actually works, not as a buzzword, but as a real tool for the German Mittelstand. Today we work with clinics, industrial companies, and automotive suppliers.

And then there was his father's car wash. Rear-end collisions on the conveyor chain were a real problem, and while POS systems handle registered customers well, what about everyone else? With a license plate, every visitor becomes a known customer without needing to sign up. Julian put a team together and built CARWATCH, from real problems, not a market analysis.
